Naputulan kami same date ng due date (11-25-2020) namin and I pay it (11-30-2020) as were all busy and no can go to pay it in laspiñas until today (12-06-2020) STILL NOT CONNECTED, since walang tao sa umaga were not able to pay it to the collector na usually nagbabahaybahay para maningil at pag di ka naka bayad putol agad our bill is only like 800, unlike the other water service they will give u atleast 2 month of your bill or some times 3months depending to the amount before they will cut the water supply before thatbthey will remind u first in the morning time so u will still have a time to pay before they cut in (San Pedro), but here in Muntinlupa yhey have Prime Water which has very poor customer service I tried contacting ghem thru email, calls not of all of thier numbers are working at all very annoying ,dispite the price of the water supply very expensive , All in all HOPE THIS COMPANY WILL CLOSE SOON VERY NOT HEALTHY !!!

The worst water service in the Phils. 1st, They get too much money from us. Their water is too expensive! 2nd, when there is something wrong on their service, you need to search for their people (literally) coz their cust. Serv. No, doesn't work! They're the WORST! 3rd,they don't even have edible water! You'll surely be hospitalized when you drink their water coz there are lot of gunks and even maggots! 4th, they have too expensive penalties! That is so unbelievable! 5th,the min amount you need to pay to them is double or almost triple than the charge of other water providers. Even if u don't use their service, you still need to effin' pay for it! 6th, they don't even have Free Siphoning service! Imagine how much we are paying monthly and they don't even offer additional service?! How I wish we can just be transferred to MAYNILAD!

If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. Poor customer service. Poor EVERYTHING. Water interruption is just sugarcoating for getting water at ungodly hours of the night. Between 12AM to just before 6AM lang kami nagkakatubig yet our bill hasn't moved an inch from what it was for the last 2 years. 1/4 of the day lang kami nagkakatubig, and that's hours when we should be asleep. I can't fathom as to why andami niyo nang reviews sa social media niyo, nagagawa niyong mag-hide ng comments sa FB, countless 1 star reviews and this sad, pathetic excuse of a company is still running. You can't even handle customer complaints! We tried reporting our complaints to the district office mismo, and still got nothing! Ano ba kayo bots? Ba't puro kayo hide ng comments? Matatanggap ko pa kung nagre-respond naman customer service niyo e wala.
