We rentes a couple years ago a Cerey QQ. Simple but good car, especially for Metro Manila. Yes, the place is not so easy to find, but hey, Manila is big. And besides; they offer airport delivery as well. We dropped the car at the airport. An employee was waiting there for us. We signed the papers and got our deposit back. Perfect and easy service! No complains at all. See you again when we are in Manila!

WASTE OF TIME For 20 days i wrote emails to rent a van with driver for one week. I send copys of passport, hotel reservation and flight itinerary. And now after all they tell me i have no reservation ???? I think they dont want to rent out! Custumers are just disturbing!

The worst ever car rental company that my husband and I encountered. Do not ever try this car rental. Yes their prices are quite low, but they charge so much fees. They have the poorest service and customer relation. They came five hours late on delivering the vehicle and three hours late in picking up the vehicle. We really regret getting a service from this company. Their place was not even well-kept. If there is below one, that is how I would rate this company. Do not ever try MIA's Car Rental!

The house is hard to find. Prices are OK (compared to competition in Manila). Mi biggest complain is: The first time we stopped the car we wouldn't be able to turn the engine on again. We were lucky enough that we stopped not too far from the place so we called them and they sent help. The battery was dead, so they had to change it. All in all we had to wait for around 90 minutes, which highly disturbed our plans for the day, and when we brought the car back they refused to give us any kind of discount. I don't wanna imagine what would have happened if we leave Manila without stopping at all. Quite unprofessional. Not recommended.
