Very disappointed with how apathetic and poorly informed the employees are. Do not expect to receive any form of decent service here - they will not even acknowledge you and if you have any inquiries, be ready to be met with the emptiest of answers. I do not understand how one of the most successful companies in the country hire people who seem to have been scraped from the bottom of the barrel.
