Called Samsung to have my mother's refrigerator repaired. We were endorsed by Samsung support to this repair center. This repair center definitely ripping off their customers. Telling us that our 1 year old refrigerator already had leaks hence the reason why its not getting cold anymore. They are charging us for the parts (understandable), however, labor cost is Php5.2k, definitely overpriced. Total repair is Php7k, whether they can fix it or not.

1. Technical never on time. They can come anytime from 9am to 6pm 2. Very unprofessional changed 4 soare parts before they come to conclusion that its freon that they need to refill. When i apsked about refund for 4500 peso fo parts they unnecessarily replace they just sent me new bill for some insane part that cost another 5000 plus 4000 for freon. Feels like total scam

Had very bad experience dealing with this company, we schedule repair and 2 times technician did not arrive. After more than a month they called (me trying to call and text them on their 3 numbers everyday but no response) scheduled the repair but after 3 days ref was not functioning AGAIN! All our food were spoiled! Then we tried calling them again everyday but no response again for almost a month!! You are a servixe oriented company your service should not be like this!!! Very poor customer service!!

poor service, staffs are not responsive to calls and text messages. I filed a leave because they told me that they will arrive aroung 2-5:30. went home around 2:30 so they won't have to wait for me. But no technicians arrived. Try looking for other services on the internet. 0 stars

I brought my phone here because I was having issue with my phone's camera and fortunately they were able to repair it. The CS rep was really kind and the reason I have 4 stars is that my phone's camera got a fingerprint inside the lens. Good thing it didn't affect the camera quality.
