If you're fond of doing things outdoors then Olanggo Island is amazing. I highly recommend this place to stay away from the busy city and make a life in this small Island in Cebu. Its fun to go with friends biking around the island and see the wonders of it. :)

My worst experience ever with bikes at Olango. Their bikes are not well maintained. The bikes were hard to maneuver. We biked to the Marine Sanctuary and accidentally the chain broke. Because we did not want to pay 150 to transport the bike back to their area, I had to bike, push my friend and carry our weights for 4 km. Then we arrived late afternoon at the Bike Area. I informed the mgt of my complaint but so much to my disappointment they even put the blame on us for not calling them. When in fact from the beginning we weren’t informed. There was no brief orientation whatsoever that’s why we did not think about saving their phone number. Who would have thought the chain would break? We do not know much about bicycles and as of that moment we registered we were not able to think ahead that that would happen. Anyway, everything would have been okay should they have had informed us of what could happen and who to contact. Most importantly, their bikes should have been properly maintained.
Most the bikes need to have their bolts tightened, frames straightened and tires inflated... But, the bikes we rented took us around the island for a few hours and nothing broke along the way. Keep in mind if you are a taller person, it might take some getting used to. The bikes are a bit on the small side and if I wasn't paying attention my toes would hit the front tire when I would turn (picture it if you will... But trust me my feet were on the pedals).
AFFORDABLE. Olango Mybike offers to you the most affordable, clean, good conditioned bike in the Island. It cost 20 pesos per hour. And you have to deposit every bike you rent. Enjoy! Keep safe! IG: @drexdalumpines
During my visit to Olango Island myself and a friend wanted to rent bicycles to tour around the island. The bicycles were of low quality and did not appear to have had any maintenance done. Brakes were weak to non existant. Pedals were damaged on some that caused an unbalanced wobble. I informed the operators and they suggested I try another bike. All bikes appeared to be damaged. I ended up finding another bicycle rental shop further down the road that had much higher quality bicycles.
Be one with nature by using bicycle of Olango Mybike for only 10 pesos per hour you can roam around the island and visit sanctuaries.
Really enjoy the bike and was able to know how to do biking and it's affordable
Bike is not well maintained. Better to bring your own bike if you have.
