Good morning, i just passed several minutes ago in basak lapulapu and observed that orange cones were placed on the road After the brgy hall doen toward bdo in tamiya. There was division of lanes, only trikes were allowed on the rightmost lane while all the other vehicles were on center lane. It is just not working. This part of basak road is more fast flowing compared to that part near light industries. But what happened now, traffic na nuon from brgy hall to taniya. Reason, simple logic and observation, you are practically converting the road into a single lane. Majority of the vehicles were using the center and the right side of the lane was empty with just few trikes passing. What is the ratio of the trikes to vehicles? One is to five or one is to ten!
