I have well received my guitar today in very good condition. Thanks for the good packaging ! Good job from UPS, the guitar came to me through stops in Thailand, China, India and Deutschland before France... Thank you so much for this guitar. I had to wait more than a year, with the covid in addition, but it was worth it. This guitar is really very beautiful and sounds divinely. This is by far the best guitar I’ve ever owned. You’ve done a great job with the AAA Sitka spruce top combinated to your woods. I love Philippine ebony for back and sides ! This guitar is very powerful, well homogeneous on all strings and gives off a lovely both warm and clear sound. I am very happy with the choice of Forward-Shifted X brace which makes basses stronger. On the pictures you sent me during the manufacturing progress, I had a little doubt about my choice of the 5 ply lamination on the neck but it’s all right, the "yellow" color is well integrated in the general color tone, warm too, of this guitar. And it makes the neck stronger. Philippine cedar looks great for the neck The 48mm neck is ideal fo me and the guitar is perfectly tuned and very fair on all the fretboard. It (she...) is very pleasant to play. All the shell and abalone inlays on all the guitar are beautiful and very precisely done. This guitar is a piece of art while being a wonderful instrument to play. A beauty ! Thank you very much to the luthier and thanks to you Steve, for having followed this customized guitar project. I hope that it will help you to sell guitars in France and Europe, I know that you already have some in France. In any case, I will make known all the best that I think about Ferangeli Guitars. I hope to return to you with other projects. All the best to you and the team. Keep safe !

Ferangeli Guitar Handcrafter is my shop of choice for handmade Filipino guitars and ukuleles...Their instruments are superb, unique, and fairly priced..I like Cebu-made instruments because I find their sound to be a lot more colorful than others..In my opinion, there is also a distinct sound to their instruments that would make one think that this is made in the Philippines..Go check them out if the current time allows..Definitely recommend this shop

Ferangeli built a custom Irish Bouzouki for me. I believe that this is the first such instrument they have made, which makes the outcome extra impressive. I've had a chance to play it over the past two days, and I am very happy with everything. The sound is warm and sweet, and the craftsmanship is superb. The string action is low, making it easy to play, and the intonation is spot on. It's a beauty. This shop is really easy to work with. For example, I supplied the headstock design and requested coco wood for the headstock veneer and they incorporated my ideas, no problem. For a maganda instrument that is made with great attention to detail, that plays like a dream and that sounds fantastic, I wholeheartedly endorse Ferangeli Guitar.

I had this beautiful guitar built for me while I was in the Philippines and sent to me back in the states. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the guitar plays even better. The guitar is a total joy to play and sounds great. I heard really good things about them, so I decided to have them custom build me this guitar, and they exceeded my expectations. The guitar took a little longer than was initially quoted to me, but I would rather it be done right, than for it to be rushed. If you want a beautiful high end guitar, with beautiful Filipino woods then this is your place!

Was on a trip from the United States thru Cebu and stopped by to look at the Guitars. Sat down in their shop and played a few. Settled on a Philippine Acacia orchestra model because of the crisp but rich tone. Was as excellent price for a hand made guitar. It is a beautiful piece of art work. Showed it to friends at work and everyone wanted to buy it from me. Wasn’t sure if there would be a problem of bringing it back to such a dry climate. Bought an inexpensive humidifier and have left it in the case when I’m not playing it to allow it to acclimate to the dry climate here. So far (about 2 weeks) no problems. If I travel back to the Philippines, I might have to stop there again.
