We got a confirmation from the owner that we'll pay for a fixed price after providing the exact details of our itinerary and the time so that everything is clear. When we had our tour and pay the driver, the driver asked us to pay more. Since we're on a rush, we just paid the driver for what he asked for. Later that night, we told the owner about it and he just simply responded "ok". It was really a bad experience for us and we do not recommend this company to anyone.
