This rating is specifically for bbl balibago sta rosa, laguna. Sumakay ako ng 5:30am trip, and since i am pregnant (4months pregnant) i sat infront the seat for pwd, senior and pregnant. Then this rude and bastos na conductor ng bus was shouting at me from the door telling me 'para sa senior lang sa harap' repeatedly!!!! It seems your people are not calibrated sa policy nio! I will further report this kung san man makaabot tong complaints ko.

I stopped riding in this bus because they always overcrowd the bus and would go beyond the speed limit on the expressway. And the buses are dirty. I see tiny cockroaches on there.
You're out in the sun when you line up to board the bus. Their busses need upgrades as well as sanitation inspections. I saw a couple of roaches when I rode their bus.
Considering that the place offers a variety of transportation options it's this is not thebest choice
you have to wait and stand for 15to 20 mins to get to the bus.

Sinauli ang naiwan kong wallet. Mabait ang mga personnel.
Di approachable mga konduktor. Madumi ang bus. Alam ko may security din sila pero di ginagawa trabaho. Maraming manyak at nagbubukas ng bag sa bus na to ingat na lang po kayo.
