Without seeing or checking first the unit i want to be repaired personally by a qualified technician a receptionist already assessed that my units lcd is already busted and need to be replaced but it will cost a lot. When i bought my TV they told me that theres no need for me to go personally coz service center techs.will be the one to visit my home for repair. Now i know why i cant contact their landline and why people dont want to go to service ctrs unless it is still covered by the warranty.Service Centers only do replacement they dont do troubleshooting or just to lazy to do it because sometimes it consumes time. But thats why they are here for. thumbs down for you people.

Slow but yes they will hear you out about your repairs regarding sony products and tv plus repairs... And yes they are still open but phones I dunno about that cause its always busy
