the food is good so far but the something to improve on the service part. our family has been here for quite a few times already but the service crew isnt getting any better yet. i hope they would improve for my next visit.

We have only been there twice. We should never have went back cuz the first time was a disaster. They forgot one of our orders. The food was lukewarm. Over all it wasn’t a good experience...But we like the other Gilligan’s that we’ve been to so we decided to went back after 2 months, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day at that time...but no, they were consistent. Luke warm food. One of our orders came sooo late we thought they might have forgotten it again. And the food was just bland:(. The sisig, the food representation, the rice. It was disappointing. The front counter was a mess. The worst. The sinigang, parang kaning baboy.
This restaurant is a great place to take family and get a big meal to feed them all for very little money. Their sisg is twice deep fried to make it extra crunchy and very tasty. Huge portions and lots of tea and water to go around. Definitely worth a stop if in new Lancaster mall area.
I love the place and service. It just that my ordered chicken is not cooked well. There's still some small portion of redness and taste like blood. I think they're in a bit of hurry that's why the food cooked like that. Please cook well done. A little bit more of coolness from airconditioned please. All in all, me and my family will still be back and eat there. I love their rice. I feel like I'm in a fine dining restaurant for a affordable price.
Good service and decent food. Value for money for group meals. Restroom is out of order and cleanliness falls a little from acceptable standards.
My first time in any Giligan's resto. My friend brought me here for a nice dinner. They told me how great the food was and we were not disappointed. We ordered bangus sinigang and it kept us ordering more rice up to 4 plates. Good thing we upsized it to unli rice. Their fried chicken and pork barbecue also tastes great. But the sinigang was one of the best. There were 3 of us adults and 2 kids and we hardly weren't able to stand because we were full.

How can an establishment run out of ice???? This is a management problem, food is stale and of course so is the beverage, to put a cherry on rhe experience, i have to call out like i call out a taxi in NY just to get attention, unbelievable!!!! The bathroom is really like the back of a pirate ship disgusting
