I go to this shop to buy massage oil, organic food supplements, organic soap and coffee substitute. The products are of a good quality. The soap is non-drying to the skin and I even use it on my hair to get rid of dandruff. The massage oil is effective for minor aches and pains, and does not stain the clothes, irritate the skin or the nose. It has a very pleasant and soothing scent, in fact. They claim that their products have medicinal properties, but I cannot prove or disprove this. The shop is not difficult to find even if there is no signboard on the building. It is a green building next to the East West bank. May ramp but it is too steep to be wheelchair-friendly. And there is no elevator. Matarik ang steps to go to the 2nd floor. It's a mini workout to climb for seniors. Not accessible to the disabled. Wala ding parking kundi isasampa mo ang sasakyan mo sa sidewalk. Magagalit naman ang MMDA. Puedeng lakarin mula sa corner ng Mindanao at Quirino Ave kung gusto mong mag-exercise. I don't know if it's just me but the staff are not really friendly or warm. They seem to be dismissive and talk with a condescending tone to customers or patients. Hindi sila personable. Hindi magiliw sa customers. They don't really smile. They have a lunch break. Oh, at kahit na naka-reseta sa senior ang Vit. B complex, hindi sila nagbibigay ng discount sa Vit. B kasi daw, vitamins iyon. This doesn't make sense to me because Mercury and The Generics Pharmacy both give senior discounts for this particular item. Conclusion: Products are good but the customer relations and customer services leave much to be desired. Much improvement is needed in this area.

Contact number is unreachable. Which is very unconvenient especially those who live far away from their main office. Very unsatisfied! I love wish there is a zero to rate this.
