December 21, 2020. We ate there and we ordered 1k worth of food. We were enjoying the food as usual but we noticed that the Pinakbet was cold. We still ate it cos we were hungry but then we noticed that there was a cockroach in the dish. They refunded the money and we were supposed to take some food out but we changed our minds.

Not all Gerry's Grill are created equal. It is my first time to eat in this branch, and I must say I was quite disappointed with both the quality of food and the service. There were just a few customers, but it took so long before our food arrived. I had to follow up three times. What is more is our dessert came first! What restaurant would do that? We ordered their signature dish sisig, and it was not what I expected - it tasted bland. I wished I had eaten in a nearby restaurant that served this dish. The pinakbet was not that great either. On a positive note, the dessert was the saving grace - we ordered the flantastc four and was totally pleased. I especially enjoyed the ube flan and mango flan. The four looked so appetizing that I digged in without taking a picture first - thus the picture. Overall, was not pleased with this branch.
Serving time takes too long. Especially during lunch hours.
Great food. What I love most is their sisig. Super mouthwatering. They also have an amazing service. I'm looking forward to be back at the said place.
The staff are all accomodating and friendly. We went there as a big group and they were able to provide everything we asked for in a timely manner. They did a great job over-all. The food tastes good.
I liked that they had plenty of parking space. That's valuable especially at Matalino st. I liked that the food came on time. I always like Gerry's. It's one of my go to comfort food place. What I don't like about this particular branch. It has that smell of an old moldy place. I immediately noticed it upon entering. I don't like that almost all waiters are fixated on the TV watching a basketball game. We had to get their attention several times and while the waiter was taking our order, his attention was still on the TV! The food came on time but it was badly prepared, one was obviously just reheated in the microwave that it's still cold in some areas. I'm not used to this kind of service from Gerrys so that's why I'm giving this a two stars.
