They are very strict when it comes to safety protocols and implementation. They require all people to wear face shields and masks upon queueing. And as a Funko collector, it kinda excite me to see some funko pop figures displayed on their counter meaning they still offer it for sale :)

my son loves our drive thru here every time.
I was their 1st customer today. They opened very late. Supposed to be they will open at 6am but they opened their door at 6:15 . They entertained me at cashier as1st customer and I ordered breakfast meal then the cashier told me that I have to wait 7 minutes, Then I kept on waiting and follow up for 4x then waited for 30 minutes to serve my order. I went to the branch manager 4x to follow up my order however, he was not giving attention until I burned out. They said they lost my receipt, they did not even make an apology or make a damage control. How cruel and bad service of Jollibee Manggahan General Trias Cavite. The manager supposed to be a troubleshooter and manage the problem he looked still sleepy and not in the mood he don't possess a welcoming atittude. I will file my complain to DTI. Worst ever.

Ambiance in this Jollibee branch is cool. We love a spot here, the \L\ shaped corner where our group fits well when we dine. The outdoor dining tables are also attractive especially if you want to experience the breeze instead of the airconditioned area inside. Thou this area is the smoking area primarily.
The manager on duty was soo nice enough to give our baby a balloon, which made her happy! Great customer service
