The only repair place I have been to that not only does the best to repair the tv but gave great tips on avoiding further issues. Kudos to the owner and the team! Highly recommended!

Brought my TV here because my TV won't power on, then they called me up to check my outlet socket if it's working, they said my TV is 100% working. Good thing they were honest and didnt charge a single peso for it. Thanks a lot and more power.

Brought my two units to other service center before. I paid the checkup fee and the other service center cannot repair my units. Brought the 2 units to Empire by chance. Free checkup and estimate is real. They fixed one of my units but the other cannot be repaired since the other repair shop tampered my unit. Kudos to this service center. No wonder they are still up since 2011.

Other service centers will charge checkup fee, but when they can't fix your unit, you won't be able to refund the checkup fee. But with them (Empire) there is no checkup fee. No fix no pay! kudos!

Brought our beloved 55 inch tv here for repair. They had it repaired in 3 days unlike the other repair shop that charged us 1k for the checkup fee and wasnt able to repair our unit. Free checkup and estimate is real. Thanks for bringing our tv back to life!

The only service center we found that offers free checkup and estimate. Good service. Fixed our 55 inches tv that other repair center cannot fixed but charged me checkuo fee.
