Aside from being 2 hours late, a doctor in Perpetual Help Hospital, Emmanuel C. Perez (Rheumatologist), Room 305 of Medical Arts building, was so rude to my 67 year old mother when we came to him for consultation today, Apr 26, 4pm. He made us feel he cannot help my mother so why are we even there. He seems very irritated even if my mother and I remained calm despite his rudeness. He was mad and looks pressured that he does not know what to do with my mother's current health condition/case. For me, he is the worst doctor I have met in my entire life. He could have told us, even if not nicely, just not in a rude way, that he does not know what to advice. I regret not walking out from his clinic, and not stopping him for being rude, it could have saved me and my mother some dignity, time and money.
