Wrong/poor information and bad service. Clarified everything via what's app. Was asked to come in for booking. Relayed on their information, went there by taxi. In the office I was told it is not possible as a group but only as private tour. Exactly this was my clarification with their co-worker and suddenly not possible anymore. In the beginning they looked for the mistake on my side before they confessed the wrong information. Annoyed for wasted time and almost could not do the trip anymore because it was late. Had very very much luck to find by accident the offer I wanted. Lousy behavior.
