I like this courier because of fast delivery, except 1 delivery man. He does not intend to deliver parcels on time. He doesn't answer when I call him. Mostly of my parcels were delivered the day after it was supposed to be delivered. He keeps the parcel to himself for a day or so then deliver it the next day very late at night. Jeffrey Williams is the name I'm referring to. Please discipline this man.
I had a bad experience with J&T. They don't deliver the parcel immediately. My parcel supposed for delivery at the indicated home address but the dilivery man asked me to pick up in a certain place away from my home.. Another incident while I'm tracking my order supposed it is for delivery but in the tracking it was indicated that they were not able to contact me. Where in fact they didn't try to reach me out. The deliver man selecting address of his choice where to deliver.. If in that case they should not accept customers
1st experience: Delivery guy only tried misscalling and didn't send an sms. The Package was returned to sender to manila after 2 attempts even if it was PAID FOR, NOT COD!!!! TELL YOUR DELIVERY DEPT TO TXT and not just keep calling because we don't accept calls not in Contact list!!! Again DO NOT CALL BEFORE YOU SEND SMS!!!
Your rider is so arrogant--no discipline.. He arrived this morning but becoz i have paid a big amount for the 1st delivery earlier than him, i ask for him to come this afternoon--instead he mumbles and said a lot of bd words.. I told him i dont have enough cash to pay him--i still have to withdraw the amount.. Please discipline your riders.. I customer have to choose which courier i prefer if ever..
The service was very bad!!! I got text message that the courier is delivering the package that I ordered. But didn't showed up on my address. Been waiting for 3 days and when I called the driver ,he told me that his motorcycle was not working on that Friday they texted me., and I can't be reached! If I can't be reached on the phone why can't showed up and attempt to the address for the next day or so??? Now , my order is sent back !!! I would say "YOUR SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!
If there is 0 I would do it. They don't ever deserved a 1 star. I called them a couple of times to change my shipping address but I have not gotten any response. After not receiving any update, I went to their office and they just told me that they have already returned it to the sender. Driver Joel Villiza and Gershon Arrio. Worst shipping courier ever!
