I was looking for a massage place in Dumaguete whilst making a quick ferry stop and was lucky to find D Interior Boutique, they offer a reasonably priced massage along with pedicure and other services, excellent service and great hospitality

I was visiting Dumaguete and wanted a massage. I stayed near Siliman University and l walked around the Boulevard looking for a massage at 11 o’clock last night. I wanted a male therapist and was actually referred here by the female therapists at the Lotus massage across the street because they didn’t have any male therapist. I walked in and was given the massage “menu” by a female receptionist. She recommended the Relaxation package for 350php but couldn’t answer when I asked what’s the difference with the different packages. I opted for the Swedish massage for 300php instead. I was then taken upstairs to the massage room. They had to turn-on the AC as clearly they weren’t expecting any customers that late in the night on a Monday. It was uncomfortable at first because the room was hot but after 10 minutes it was fine. My therapist Bubuy provided the Swedish massage and he was really really good! The massage really hit the spot and he checks on you throughout the treatment if he was being too rough or if I’m positioned comfortably. And it was truly a Swedish massage! It was not just some therapist touching your body and calling it a massage. After the massage, I paid the receptionist and tipped Bubuy. I left feeling good and had a really good rest that night. Now to the complaint LOL - the receptionist charged me 350php instead of the 300php as listed and agreed. It was my fault for not checking prior to leaving but considering the receptionist didn’t do anything else but checks people in and handle money, I find it upsetting that she can’t even do that small job responsibility correctly. Second, the bathroom toilet did not work nor was I able to wash my hands. I did not take off any star because I am truly happy with Bubuy and felt he deserved all five stars, despite the issues with the receptionist and the bathroom cleanliness.
We randomly spotted the massage promo sign for a Swedish massage (200 PHP for 45 minutes). One friend got this, another tried the super relaxation combo (350 PHP for 60 minutes) and I went with the Thai massage (300 PHP for 60 minutes). You get a foot bath to start then go upstairs. Massage was decent except I got ripped off 15 minutes. Somehow, my friend, who did the promo, got the extra minutes instead of me and paid only 200 PHP.
