So I got a lot of confusing jobs done especially when migrating from a really dead MacBook to a new MacBook and you guys THEY LEGIT MADE ALL MY PROBLEMS WITH MY LAPTOP GO AWAY. A must recommend for all your apple endeavors.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If there's a negative star i would choose such. OVERPRICED PARTS, UNITS AND SERVICES that takes too long to repair or be available. There are parking spaces for your cars supposedly for the convenience of unloading and loading your units for repairs and those you bought from the store BUT YOU CANNOT PARK BECAUSE IT IS RESERVED FOR MANAGEMENT ONLY. They expect you to brave the hassle of carrying your heavy units across parking spaces located several blocks away if you are lucky enough to find one.

Pretty sad for an istore service center. We just needed an ios update for our ipad. The lady said ohhh it takes a long time and maybe it will stop working after i have done it. Pointing at a large number of ipads on the shelf she saod, see those they all dont work anymore due to trying to update the software. Well, apple and istore, what a major stuff up.

Worst epson service center ever! technician very unresponsive and unprofessional. Teller very uncooperative, sobrang mahal ng binayad namin tapos hindi parin namin magamit printer namin. Nawala pa yung ibang parts ng epson printer namin. Never again!!!!! Mag close na lang kayo!!!!!
