The staff is not friendly. If you ask a question, they will answer you impolitely. No eye contact then sometimes the staff is shouting when answering. It's my second time visiting the clinic and it became worst.

Very poor customer service . I waited for 2hours just to get the result in which I undergo 2 days ago . The staffs are rude especially the guard who releases the result . Worst clinic I have experienced.
The place is good, but the security guard is rude. The clinic's name is Friendly Care but the guard seems lacking this behavior. I hope he'll act like the name of the clinic, "friendly".
Staffs are good but somehow the doctors are not. Once I had my urinalysis, the doctor just said the results were normal without listening that I was still in pain. Awful pain.
Staff in the information desk was rude , i need to wait for 2 hours for my APE , and they don't have available Doctor for the PE that's why i decided to cancel my PE. Bad experienced at all.... i will not recommend to my company and to all my colleagues.
They're not efficient at all. I've seen the nurses run about their businesses but they don't actually care what happens to you when you're there. These so-called "nurses" and attendants look like they were forced into that job. They don't like smiling unless someone makes a joke. They have a ringing phone but nobody answers, it's either they need to update that or cut that phone line.
