Always the best venue for all types of occasions or events. Conveniently located in one of the main streets, parking is good and there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, spas and some entertainment venues nearby.

the interior, the lighting, the ambiance are all good however AC is bad. we had a formal pinning ceremony last Friday it went well except for the aircon. it was 1 to 5pm event

DAVCON is usually where large gatherings are held like parties, wedding receptions, bazaars ( the city's annual Christmas Bazaar is being held here for a number of years now...). Lately, even the Davao Doctors Hospital Stockholders' Meeting was held here. Although the place is quite old, still it's okay and functional though it appears to be run-down. Hopefully it can be renovated or upgraded to be at par with the newest venues in the city. Restrooms need improvement although the cleaning and maintenance staff are warm and friendly. Location is great being at the center. They should capitalize on this. A lot of good dining and coffee options within a walk. This is their advantage.
