We have had no internet for most of October up to today 9th November zero internet since 13 th Oct .Contacted PLDT through customer services 3weeks ago given repair number still nobody has called. Went to PLDT office queue so long couldn't get inside gate. PLDT RUBBISH

Good place to pay your PLDT bill. Parking is very small, only for 3 small cars.
It's really take too long to install connection from pldt that why people are choosing other brands and its expensive to if you compare it to other service providers in the area. First they need to bring their prices down and improve installation time down so consumers get it quicker
Nobody seems to be acting on our application. We have followed up many times and after many weeks we were finally given a reference number and was told to wait in 24-48 hours. Now it has been 96 hours! No update is received. We went today to the branch office and NOBODY is there! What is going on?!! A big company as this has a very lousy service!
Bad customer service. I tried to contact 171 hotline no one is answering and call is dropping. You cannot relynon their hotline and ypu will end up going to their offices and apparently their offices are totally crowded,you have to stand for a xouple of hours to have your concern escalated and in the they will give you false hope resolution.
Very limited parking space for 3 cars and not very spacious have a tendency to be very crowded, due to the fact that most people who went here have chaperones and they also wait inside instead in the outside. Hoping PLDT could relocate into a more spacious one.
