A very interesting structure that is mainly of stones... Maybe that's why it is called Malbato Chapel... However in Spanish,'mal' means bad so that would mean bad stones... It also made me wonder how it would look like during Sundays or during services and see people going up those flight of stairs... Once up there, it gives you a very nice overview of one part of Busuanga and the islands across it...

I have fallen in love with this chapel the first time I got to visit this around 4 years ago. It is so quaint and the view from above is fantastic! All lush green... its a long climb up though before reaching the chapel, located outside the Coron town.
The church is beautiful. The view of the sea and the islands on top of the hill is amazing!
