Reef and wrecks tour with this company was good. Although a little disorganised and delayed at the start, the boat crew were great, the locations were great and so was the food served. Very happy overall, thank you.

At the moment it is our second day tour in Coron and also in this tour agency. JY Tour I cannot recommend street all pick up time is 7:30 to 8 am but it’s already passed 9am in we are still waiting in the lobby of our hotel stating the wall 2nd day and always more than an hour still waiting. If I can give zero star I will do.
On time pick-up in a nice a/c van. Arrived at boat and one hour of trying to sell you on snorkeling gear, kayak rental and a few other local vendors on boat. Boat was in poor condition, staff was not particularly interested in the guests, food was really good! Tour A, only four stops not 6 as advertised. One spot was advertised as two locations. Upon return, staff was pulling people over the cement seawall rather than bringing the stairs. After a near uprising, the begrudgingly dragged the stairs over for remaining guests, a few elderly, one with a cast on foot. Then, they packed six large people into one tricycle, one hanging out the back door, one riding behind the driver. I guess you get what you pay for...we took a really quality tour two days before and got exactly what was advertised. Just poor service all around.

Booked the ultimate tour which was 1200 per person and doesnt include barracuda lake (specifically chose this as we already dived that lake a few days before no point paying to go twice, its an extra 200 on the super ultimate tour that includes that lake). Pick up was very late and arrived after our hotel owner noticed we were still sat outside so he offered to call them for us. When we got picked up it was air conned and went straight to port. Got on our boat and the guide said if anyone wants to do barracuda lake its 200 extra and then from everyone talking we realised we were the only ones who paid for the ultimate tour and everyone else was on the super ultimate which means we were stuck going to the lake regardless. Told the guide that and he said they would only be 45 mins and we can wait on the boat! So yeah super annoyed they try and make u do this anyway and we had 45 mins of doing nothing when we could have enjoyed another stop! The guide apologised but im not that awful its obviously not his fault but I appreciated the apology. He said he gets that complaint a lot and that he would speak to his office. The tour was a lot of fun and the staff was great, did tell them when booking im vegetarian but that wasnt accounted for i just had to have the one vegetable dish that was covered in oyster sauce. All in all super annoyed we lost time, and after coming back and watching travellers on youtube i realised that they do this for the extra money - one video is from 2017 and they had to pay extra at the lake! Sort it out! 8 months in asia and philippines is by far the biggest rip off in regards to everything - and this boat tour was it! Go by all means on the ultimate tour but whether you like it or not you are doing the super ultimate!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!. WE SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS PRIOR. We paid 90k on a service worth 20k. 1st day was fine, they picked us up on time at the airport with 3 vans as there were 26 of us. I guess because they wanted to collect the balance so service was good. Boat is in really bad condition with leaking roof. Food is not adequate. 2 bottles of soda for 26 pax!! Worse was on our second day we waited long for the van in the rain with kids. Also we were now crammed into 2 vans. The 3 vans was only at airport pick up. We almost missed oir flight as they picked us up at 530 on a 7am flight!! Driver claims he was told 6am pickup. Best to arrange when you arrive as there are many boat operators you can deal with directly at one fifth the cost but AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!
