I know that we are under MECQ right now because of this pandemic and the support is limited. But I don't understand the point where I need to wait for the Service Advisor that is handling the account of my request to report at work before you can order the replacement parts of my unit. Aren't the other service advisors capable to order the parts? Please also understand on a customer standpoint that it is way much safer for me to travel on a private car instead of using public transportation. So the earlier the replacement parts will arrive and my unit be repaired, the better (also safer for me and my family) . Please do consider this in the future. Thank you!

Service was okay, if a bit slow. I prefer them to the regular Honda dealer. I have been using them for nearly 2years now. No real problems. Take a book to pass the time
