I rely don't like the kind of service they have "ROYAL GEM" . I bought a ring but there is a scratch on it. They said that it's a brand new but they give to me an old one which is came from they called " na remati" . So sad about this matter because they are practicing dishonesty. Is this what they taught to there employee?, well maybe Yes, because base on my experience, it can't deny the fact.
