It's a mess. The one road going in and out of the wharf is tight, dark, regularly flooded due to poor drainage system, and as bumpy as a hiking trail, as if there has been no attempt to renovate or improve the place for decades. The wharf itself is constantly muddy, and cargo trucks, heavy equipment and other vehicles are parked everywhere. You park your vehicle at your own risk when waiting for your boat to arrive. And speaking of waiting, there is literally zero waiting area. Hundreds of people with no private vehicles are left to their own devices, scattered everywhere, just crowding every imaginable shelter (from heat or rain). The wharf itself is also meters away from the highway, and therefore, hundreds of meters away from any available public transportation.

This port has no official signage or direction. You have to tell the cab driver that you’re going to “Ouano Wharf Looc - near the Jeepney Terminal.” There’s an Ouano Wharf near the bridge and an Ouano Wharf near the Fishport.
There are some several SSF routes and SSR routes. It's full of departing and arriving ships. The place looks nice. That's why I rated 5 stars.
Lite Shipping barges (can carry your vehicles) depart from Cebu to Tubigon, Bohol) from this port. As of Nov 2015, there is a 12 midnight trip and it arrives in Tubigon at 4 am.
