VSMMC CBS Outpatient department- always so busy from 7am to 5pm, monday to friday.. people come here from different places in and around cebu to check their mental health and for mental health certificates for relatated works. Best mental hospital in and around cebu. The doctors and staff here are so friendly and helpful.
