This is the place you are looking for if you search what's called Citilink Terminal on the Lonely Planet and other pages. We went from here to Moalboal in about 2 and a half hours, price is reasonable: 120 pesos each. Be aware that, if you carry a suitcase which is bigger than a backpack, they will make you pay for an extra seat to place it (there's no trunk, cause the fit seats wherever they can). We managed to carry everything on the knees by the way. There are 2 other things you need to know. First, they will squeeze 4 people for each raw, where only 3 should sit. So if you're tall you'll need to pay extra again to have more room. Second thing, the drivers are mad, they push the van to the limit and overtake tricycle and other cars everywhere. They seem to know what they're doing, but not everyone is comfortable with this driving style. If you are aware of these things, you can enjoy a fast and cheap ride to Moalboal and other Southern Cebu destinations.

Restroom was tolerable but if possible, improve it a bit more where we can really call it as a COMFORT room. Services were fine. Security was okay.

Great way to get somewhere on the cheap. The way it works is you get in the van going to your location and when it's full the driver will take you there. The cars have aircondition but be prepared to do some waiting. If you're going far remember to pee before you get in because there will be no stops..

It's a convenient V-hire terminal going to south if you're from uptown because it's one jeepney ride away (14D if you're from Ayala, 04C/04I if you're from Lahug) and it's restroom faucets are clean (last time I checked).Just make sure to confirm your destination with the dispatcher before going inside the V-hire to avoid getting lost.
