Good customer service. I was immediately attended to and my car was evaluated and given a quotation quickly while allowing me to go through a line by line rundown of each part that needed a repair. A little to pricey for my budget but they do claim to be an awardee so it must justify the pricing.

Overpriced, the mechanic cracked my dashboard when he tried to install my louver even though i already told them it's okay if they are in doubt but still insisted now i have to pay more and to find an original dash which is quite rare to find. Installed an improper model of aux fan in my vehicle so i have to buy another aux fan that is perfect for the model (which they charged double tho). Their mechanic even forgot to return my tire wrench if i haven't checked my trunk. It's just so sad how their mechanic can sabotage their business by taking advantage someone like me or who's not even an expert about cars. I hope they will learn their lesson.
MCD is one of the best shop I can recommend. They are the best at everything, upholstery, body repair and painting. My car looks brand new after they fixed it. thank you MCD :-)
totally awesome experience!! Professional! you get to talk to the owner and he does check your cars situation first hand, not all owners are that hands on and attentive knowing that he could have just spent the whole day comfy and laid back in his office! Long story short CASA qouted me 53k for a wire harness replacement! Went to MCD and the shop owner popped the hood ( didnt mind getting greased and dirty) and ended up with just a 5k soldering repair ( nicely insulated too ) Happy me! the back story: akong car na standby sa garahe for 7 days ug ang wire harness ge kitkit sa ilaga!
i been to other carshops and i spend so much money but with MCD 2 thumps they really fix my car, thanks and the owner is very informative, their staff are freindly.
Claims to be a carshow awardee but none of that was evident when I had my car repainted. A lot of overspray inside the cabin as well as on my windshield. Worst was they wanted me to pay in full because they were “done” with the service. Also, I requested my misaligned bumper to be repaired...they only aligned one side. When they took out the seats, they weren’t re-placed properly. Really a bad experience with this shop.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD SERVICE. DON'T EVEN DESERVE FOR A ONE STAR. 1.We called them to book a sched for a full auto detailing. The girl answered and said okay without even asking my info. Scheduled for Monday and they said it will takes 3-4 days and will cost us 4,500 php) 2. When we arrived at the shop all employees are mute like no one is around. One guy there said detailing will cost us 5,500php (not friendly voice) he's probably the boss. The assistant ask our phone number and car key and said " will call you whenever the car is ready; again without asking some info or without even checking the car's condition. 3. Thursday afternoon they said our car is ready. When we get there, WE ARE TOTALY DISSAPOINTED. Car seats are still dirty I mean worst, too much oil inside and out. The girl ask the payment and did'nt even say thank you. 5,500php is definitely not worth it. NOT WORTH THE WAIT AND MONEY!!
