Staff are accomodating. Gowns are superb! They also have disney costumes for rent, thank goodness! A must-visit place if you are looking for affordable gowns.

BEWARE: This place is very unprofessional !!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! Don't make the same mistake we did. We were told our wedding Photo's would be sent to us mid December, we have not received them yet. We were married September 14, they told us that it would be 3 months before our photo album would be ready. We thought that was a ridiculous amount of time, but we accepted it. Unfortunately we paid 100% up front as they required. They have not delivered as they said. Now the only wedding pics we have were provided by our friends and family.
We reserved rental gowns that were confirmed available for a wedding and made a downpayment. However, only days before the wedding, they casually sent us a text message saying the gowns were no longer available and we should pick others. Obviously, they simply gave them to another client, even though we had reserved them. They were shockingly unapologetic about it. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

VERY POOR SERVICE We booked earlier at least 3 months before the wedding to get the bridal gown a better one as first user they were not able to render the service even a day before the wedding day. The bridal gown were not finished.
They dont have a good selectin for mens tux, suites and party dresses.
