Because it's philippines, 3 stars otherwise use your imagination. They do pick up the phone most of the time which is shocking but also sound completely lost when you ask them a question. Asked them about specific phone, they tell me they have completely different phone, no I want the one I asked about, out of stock, so maybe tell me it's out of stock first before trying to sell me something I don't want - no. Finally got the phone I want in stock, how many you have in stock? Three! Can you hold one for me? No Can I pay for it with a credit card and then pick not up later? No I live at least 2 hours away, popular phone, what is the chance it's still there if I drive all the way there, slim to none. In about a week, just happened to be in town for a different reason, eh let me try, call them up, do you have in stock - yes we do, just one! Can you hold it for me? Yes, what is your name sir? so i guess it's a sudden policy change? Came in to buy the phone, they bring it up, the box is damaged in a corner obviously was dropped. Would normal salesperson tell you that the merchandise is damaged before having you come to buy it, maybe but not in the philippines. Now it becomes obvious why this phone was still available after so long time.
