Completed my 1st month with F45 Training Cebu and have not been disappointed! I train here about 5-6 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love the fact that quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. The workouts are challenging but fun and I am definitely seeing results. Thank you, F45 Cebu!

Their facilities are very clean especially the CR and shower rooms. F45's workout programs are in no way easy that's for sure, but the coaches and other F45 members make it so fun to workout that it makes me want to keep coming back and push myself harder everyday. I have joined other gyms before but F45 is the only gym that I stayed consistent with. Whatever your fitness goal is, F45 can definitely help you achieve it!

Awesome experience, you’ll never regret joining F45. Very friendly and approachable coaches who has their own unique way of training and motivating us gym goers. You’ll never get scared because the studio is always clean and sanitized. 2 thumbs up I would highly recommend F45 to those fitness enthusiasts and to those who are aiming to get active fit and healthy like me.

I started off Functional 45 Training in Cebu Business Park with 3 days Free Trial last Dec 2019 and got interested with the Circuit Training so I continued my paid membership right away on January 2021 to start the new year RIGHT with a GOAL. What I like about F45 is that we have different set of classes and exercise that includes functional resistance, functional bodyweight and functional cardio exercises. I am not left behind because Coaches are focus in helping me achieve my goal and go beyond extra mile to push harder. F45 Training is not just a Training Center but a HOME for me because I met a lot of friends and super friendly coaches that we are connected as ONE FAMILY. We are helping each other to push harder. I highly recommend F45 to be your Training Center and an avenue for change. I will surely invite my friends to be part of the Team. F45 is indeed a LIFE CHANGING.
