This is not the best study center in the area but it is tolerable. They offer the cheapest fees I know and they open at 7:30am to 2am. No individual lamps per cubicle and very limited outlets. I only saw one. I had to bring my own lamp and extension wire. Lockers are supposedly free when you pay for a month but it will depend on the availability. I don't think they monitor the locker use because there are a lot of old dusty stuff inside some lockers. Lockers are not well kept and mostly broken doors and locks. The study center is on the 2nd floor and the internet cafe is just below it. It is sometimes noisy. CR is tolerable. They also sell coffee and snacks in the internet cafe. Eating and drinking is allowed inside the study area as long as you don't deserve others.
