Chaotic, no time schedule, you basically have to sit and wait for the random bus to come (we waited for an hour). Added a photo of the AC bus, it was crowded and people were sitting on the floor, but this bus definitely looks better than the no AC one. Make sure to leave well in time if you want to make your flight from Cebu onwards.

Correct location. Look for yellow seats just by the road. Run every 30mins. 9AM bus is with A/C
Buses run every 30 min, if you want AC or don’t want to stop an extensive number of times grab the AC bus, the one with the windows closed and usually with a lot of tourists on it.
Cheap coffee in the nearby store while waiting for bus. People are nice.
It is located in Poblacion Moalboal, where people waited for the bus bound to Cebu City, you can also took a tricycle bound for beautiful beaches nearby
Very caotic place ... There is no organization... I can't believe during the weekends still the same situation... They never find a solution....
There are two common bus stations present in Moalboal, the one for Ceres buses and for Librando Transit. Both transits are fine, however, Librando Transit is more common to the locals that’s why their buses are fully occupied every time. Therefore, Ceres buses are your best resort when you want to take a seat during a long ride.
