This is a fish sanctuary also. The place is situated in Cebu Strait on top of a round reef commonly known in dialect as Takot Lingin. On low tide, the land mass is visible. While on high tide, water will surround the outpost building and the water is shallow depending on the height of the tide. People could snorkel around with the permission of the personnel manning the area. Fishing is restricted around this area. From the shorelines of Inayagan to Colon, you can ride a small banca to go to this place. It is not advisable to navigate here during high winds since big waves are dangerous to small seacraft.
