Quite and nice place have clubhouse,swimming pool and basketball court. But poor management of home owner association.,coz non-resident in subdivision can use swimming pool with entrance. So not so safe for the home owner.

Too crowded and dirty, only one entrance, difficult access to transportation and inadequate parking. Horrible area for children, no playground, no recreation, no baseball, rodents and crawling Invaders.

Filinvest sobrang tagal ng pagtransfer ng title. December 2012 prinocess paper until now December 2018 prinoprocess pa rin nila sa bir ang papers kungdi pa kami nag-update sa pag-ibig nung 2016 hindi pa namin malalaman na wala pang ginagawa ang Filinvest, partida monthly update pa ginagawa namin. Bravo! Ka-stress kayo.
