Friendly staff and very accommodating. This is where I buy the food for our dog and the monthly medicine. Reasonably priced compared to mall stores.

Reception wasn't accomodating. Grooming is unimpressive amateurishand incompetent. Reception even asked the groomer if he can do such clip type which we ended up having my dog a summer clip and the result is subpar. Also instructed them to message me when my dog finishes because i don't want her caged for a long time, instead I arrived after not having updated and saw my dog caged. Competitive pricing. Incompetent workers.

Hands down one of the best animal clinics and the best vets I've encountered. The doctors are very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating--they take time to explain your pet's condition and to answer your questions.

A nice and very accommodating Animal Clinic in Metro Tagaytay... The best doctor in town! Kudos to Dr. Albert Baron

This rating cannot compensate the experience we’ve had. We’ve been with our 2 regular vets in Manila for many years now so we are very familiar with things, and this one we only tried since my mom just moved to Tagaytay. It was because of past reviews that we chose this clinic in Tagaytay fof my mom’s dog, hoping it will be good. But to our dismay, the vet cares more about profits than the actual welfare of the animal. The vet doesn’t carefully explain the consequences and the need of some steps. Even if the animal has died, after consultation and vaccine with them, they will still charge you since it’s just a business for them after all. While in other vets, they would have more compassion & gesture knowing that they weren’t able to help save the animal. As an animal parent, I do not wish this to happen to anyone else.
