The developers seems to lack coordination and system in this newly build subdivision. The place is good tho as it is near groceries and mall, however, the management is not organized, poor customer service, you can not speak to the management directly and staff couldn't even arrange a proper meeting with the engineer to sort things up regarding utility bills. If only we could refund the money when we got this house, we would.
