I was asking for assistance in filing my taxes because I had no idea how it's done. The person I talked to on the phone would frequently interrupt me and ended up misunderstanding everything I said. So we were in a loop me trying to explain to her and she misunderstanding everything. I hang up because it was a waste of time. She won't let me finish and assuming everything... It felt like they don't want to help at all.
