One of the best Italian Restaurant in Metro Manila. Great ambience with great food choices. Staff are good service & patient to recommend & explain their dishes. Tried their Chef today recommend seafood pasta with crab meat cream sauce. Also a Dolce Alla Casa - i.e. sample of Tiramisu, Panna Cotta & Creme Brulee. Surprisingly the pasta was super ... not greasy and it taste alike what I ate in Italy. Panna Cota & Creme Brulee was good in texture, not too sweet, smooth and silky. Tiramisu was up to the standard. Once you bite on the tiramisu it will overflow the coffee moisture in your mouth. Will definitely come back to this place. As of Monday (Feb 18, 2019) Carpaccio Ristorant Italiano will be closed until further notice. However, they still accommodate event & functions. Also, guest may continue to enjoy Italian food in Chesa Biana Swiss Restaurant & I'm Angus Steakhouse.

Italian food at it's finest! We ate here yesterday and had 2 of the pasta dishes, they were phenomenal. My husband is Italian so we know good pasta. Service was also very good. The only drawback is that if you were to go for more than one dish it could get pricey, but it's good food so you decide.

There is no floor indicated on the address so I assumed the door at the entrance was Carpaccio but it was another restaurant. Carpaccio is at the second floor. Great ambience. The staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs. Food was great. Pasta is amazing. My girlfriend and I went on Valentine’s Day. The manager gave us a box of complimentary chocolate hearts.

Food was so so. Bill was high. Service was not great. I asked few questions regarding menu and told them my preference. The staff was unable to assist and offered solutions. We had to ask for refill of oil and cheese with bread while there were more service staff than guest. Ordered a dessert and told them that we will share. Still, only one set of cutlery arrived.

The service is excellent. The food is solid, but more importantly, really consistent. The seating space is huge (reservations generally unnecessary). Parking up-front is adequate except for busier weekends. Only downside is that it is on the pricier side.

Authentic Italian food! Excellent service. Staff very knowledgeable about the food and wine they serve.

Blacknink Pasta and salad were so good. A bit pricy though.
