easy trip. but sometimes having problem with rfid
like
It would be nice if you can add more reloading toll booths for the RFIDs. Took me more than half an hour just to make a reload. Also, it would be nicer and faster if issuing an OR is not manually done.
Terrible cash/reload lane last week.took us 1.5 hour to reload. Best to reload with 1th pesos or more. Class 1 vehicles cost 58 pesos one way. Kaya 7-8x viaje lang from Meycawayan to EDSA, ubos 500 pesos!
Lack of proper enforcement of discipline along the toll lanes. The drivers who do not follow rules should be penalized...There is LACK of CONSISTENCY in enforcing rules...
Wanted to get d rfid north..so i lined up at d cash lane. I was surprise wen d teller didnt accept my pyment n said ok na po. Y? Bcoz wen i was in cavitex/calax, i had ds another rfid sticked on my hdlyt without hassles. I honestly thot tho day it was only intended for d south.
No hassle so far passing here. Only thing is that the long lines during rush hour.
before corona, trips going to north were easy due to rfid. Easytrip lanes doesn’t have long queue. Now with the implementation of cashless system, it’s not ‘easytrip’ anymore.
Got my Easytrip RFID here with no fuzz, wait time is just about 5 minutes. Staff will come to you, do you don't need to step down from your car. I don't usually drive here, but based on my most recent experience, they deserve a 5-star.
