I am from Laguna area and i called the service hotline cell phone of LG in laguna. They were not able to fix my washing machine unit and they made me pay 7 thousand pesos . Very poor service with inefficient service people . They should give back the money if they are not able to do their job. Thats very basic . I wont buy LG anymore and will tell all my family members and friends know of this very very bad experiencwe and i will try to do further complaints because of these bad service experience
