Delicious buko pie but I think there's one more delicious than this. The buko pie here is sweet. I bought the whole box which costs 220 pesos per box and I have no idea how much other's costs so for me I can't compare it to others yet. So far it's worth the money. Nice and accommodating staff.

Don't bother buying. Small buko pie cost 120 which is a bit pricy than other. The store though is airconditioned, maybe that's the additional money you pay went. Not to mention that the taste is not that good. I suggest to buy at Angies a store after this one. We bought last Nov when we had swimming and it taste superb! We just tried others and end up a bad idea to buy on this store.
