We purchased Chloe Single Bed last Jan 30. They said delivery will take 2 weeks which we understand because of pandemic situation. Today, Feb 14, the installers came to fix the bed that arrived the day before. Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed because they found out the accessories are not there. Now, we have to wait again for the delivery of the accessories which may take time again.

Great place if you are looking for furnitures and home decors. The designs, colors and styles are classy and modern. Parking space is always a problem. There's an elevator going up and down the floors so those elderlies or people with disabilities can still manage to check all floors. The items (furnitures) can be ordered if stock is not available and will be delivered to you after two weeks or so with a certain delivery charge. Water and iced tea drinks is free on the ground floor in case you got thirsty roaming around. They are also accepting made to order foam depending on your required size/ thickness/quality. Better to avail of their card to get discounts on your every purchase.

place is okay. spacious. we bought 3 items and had to find a person to assist us. I think they lack personnel but overall its a great experience.

Great product and the place is so accessible as it is just along Ortigas Extension. The have spacious car park and a good shed if you falling in line in front. My online shopping might be the worst experience ever especially when you do a store pickup. When you get there, they will ask for the order number but after that, it will take at least an hour to hand over the products. Like if you've done in-store shopping, it would even be faster. What the hell is online shopping to them anyway.

Social distancing outside the area and inside was not observed. Only in the cashier area line was accordingly followed social distancing. Due to the number of people the guidelines for pandemic was not properly observed. Still great buys and great discounts for quality materials.
