The Radar station is located in front of the mouth (estuary) of the mighty Cagayan River. In front of this station is the signage "APARRI" where people stop to take photos of. You will also find fisherman tending their nets, having their fresh catch dry near the road going to the port where some locals would flock early in the morning to get their catch of the day.
A good place to remember as a local tour

The place was nice. It's the best place to see the overlooking sea.
