For the price I'm paying to stay in a dorm. So, worth it. There are a lot of bathrooms, so no need to wait except for mornings on weekdays, there might be a bit of waiting time bur you could just use the one on the second floor. There is a fridge you could put your groceries for free but if you want to cook and you have a rice cooker or electric stove then you need to pay additional 250. But overall, I'm quite happy with my stay. And oh, don't forget the iron, you can use it for free and there is a place to do laundry.
