Service was really slow. Serving size AND time was paltry. It seems like they dont want people to enjoy the unlimited meat because they keep dishing out small platters of it no matter how many people there are in a table. They are passively pacing(like, literally minutes upon asking and the place is not even that obusy at the time) your requests for refill which ruins the whole experience. If they dont want people to get angry, they better up the service or remove the unlimited advertisement altogether! This is my 2nd time eating here and I thought they have changed but alas! It was way worse, I am embarassed for inviting friends to dine here. You will lose your appetite because of waiting way too long for a handful of unflavored shaved frozen jowls.

Bad experience. Bad customer service. Limited side dishes. One of the female staff get annoyed when we asked for more side dishes which is part of what we’re paying for, then ignore us entirely after we call her out for ignoring our request. They have a call bell but you have to press it 10 times before they attend to your needs. Never coming back to this place.

Not so mean to give 2 stars but.... Service is bad, they have 2 hrs eating time, that's okay but if they are serving the food at very slow phase, well that's another story . :( small serving and limited side dishes. not so tasty meat. * just 2 variants for beef and pork. we ended up unsatisfied and always complaining with the service. even the iced tea.. so watery. please please improve, you have spacious parking and dining area. but if you cannot offer good service and good food, nevertheless, its useless. I will not come back again. sorry
