Advertising for Northfields Executive Village should say FREE FLOOD with every lot, not flood free. I was lied to when I asked about this situation before I bought a home in the subdivision. You may plan on flooding about every three years. The attached picture is the Northfields clubhouse after \habagat\ only. It was not even a typhoon. I have many more pictures like this from around the village and my home that I could share. I apologize for the one star, I would have hit NO star but you may not post unless you give at least one star. Buyer beware!

We moved since october 2019 and until now we dont we have internet connection. PLDT lang ang nakakapasok for some reason, and too bad cause the line going to our house was defective. I hope the office is not just working for what they want, you are there to assist us and help us until we settled. Stressfull!!! We saw converge mobile around the area but when we asked the office they said they dont allowed converge provider in the sundivision. We bought a house, we paid monthly, we are not stupid para ihold ng ganyan. We need connection alam nyo yun? How i can talk to my love ones? Please pay attention. And whoever can read this message can you give us some advice.
Worst security system!
Very relaxing since you can jog or walk though some homeowners just let there dogs roaming around so there is a danger of you being bitten. I hope the Barangay officials would bring back there oplan dog pound or something like that.
